Where do you ship?
All KAETE orders are processed and shipped from the USA. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
How much is shipping?
We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier rates.
Domestic orders ship for a flat rate of $12, and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier rates.For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
International orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on customs and carrier delays.
