What is the return policy?

Where do you ship?
All KAETE orders are processed and shipped from the USA. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
How much is shipping?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier rates.
Domestic orders ship for a flat rate of $12, and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier rates. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our fleece is made here in the USA. By producing locally, we support small American businesses, fair wages, and reduce our environmental impact.
When will my order ship?
