At KAETE, all items are made with care and intention. Because of the nature of our small-batch production, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@kaetebygn.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and assist you promptly.
